The house is located in a wonderful position overlooking a private beach entrance. A wonderful terrace is the perfect spot for meeting and 8 persons can fit comfortably. However the house lack maintenance and furniture/beddings/accessories are not particularly researched and definitely not upon the standard suggested by the price charges. It is a good place for a group of youngster. Another unfortunate chapter is the person locally in charge for check in and check out that was rude for no reason and expect the house is left clean as it was in check in, that does not make sense considering a cleaning fee is applied.

This property has an outstanding location looking out to see with direct access to a small private beach. That said, if you can’t get a taxi (which we couldn’t) it is a 25 minute walk from the port with heavy bags. The upside is that the villa is not in the main village. We visited in October when Stromboli has much fewer visitors but I imagine this would be a real advantage during high season. It is a short walk to the main village for shops and restaurants. Inside, the villa has a charming rustic feel and is typical of the Aeolian Islands. It is clean and basic but has everything you need. The real highlight is the shaded terrace at the back which looks straight out to see. A beautiful spot to relax and chill out. We did not really factor in enough time to really enjoy this. Vera put us in touch with a friend who really looked after us during our stay and was very responsive to messages. She even helped us to arrange parking for our car in Milazzo.

Wow wow wow! Honestly the pictures do not do Sebastiana’s place justice. I don’t even know where to start. Firstly the island of Stromboli is just magical and this definitely filters into the apartment. We were met by a taxi (golf buggie) that had been pre arranged for us by the lovely Tiziana which made things super simple. She met us at the property and helped us with all our needs. As you walk into the property there is a beautiful back courtyard with gorgeous flowers- a lovely peaceful place to relax. The actual apartment is very spacious and uniquely decorated. The back terrace is simply breath taking, a large space over looking a beach a perfect for meals and you have direct access to the beach so sunrise and sunset swims are a must! Honestly we felt so lucky to have found such an incredible spot. Great restaurants near by we particularly liked oTTo a mare and La Liberia. Go trekking! Have dinner in the observatory and enjoy the stars!

Wonderful & romantic appartment, perfectly situated by the sea & beach. Alimentari opportunities very nearby, which is a big + on this island generally! Wonderful hoast which helped us out with everything we needed & more. Will be back as soon as possible. Reto

Casa sul mare con discesa privata, comoda alle spiagge principali e ai servizi, a pochi minuti a piedi dal paese, ha una vista senza pari. Vera è un'host disponibile e cortese, presente senza essere invadente, ci ha fornito ottimi suggerimenti per vivere l'isola al meglio. Tutto perfetto!
