great location on the fiord

This large house has some issues. The HVAC system was difficult to regulate. Regardless of set temperature, we either froze or baked. Also, many doors did not close or have working knobs. Finally, queen bedrooms on first floor and second floor should be twins. First floor had a queen bed with 10 inches (we measured) around the bed to walk. Second floor queen bedroom had closet doors removed so that the bed fit into the room. We viewed these as serious challenges making the location not worth the very high price.

Was good experience except the check out time is so early I think it will be better to give people a little more time. People going on vacation to have some relax but it have to leave at 9 am not good time for check out.

The location of this Airbnb is really wonderful. The views from the living room/kitchen and numerous bedrooms/bathrooms all look out over the water. The pictures and listing are all very accurate. While it is technically right off a main road, you don’t feel that way and the convenience of the restaurants, fish market, grocery store etc are all worth it. A few things that other people have noted - the yard is shared with two other rentals which are very close. We were only there for a weekend so it wasn’t an issue and the other renters were very friendly. The stairs to the second floor are very steep. Luckily there are two bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor which is great, as I wouldn’t recommend anyone elderly staying upstairs. The communication with the property management company was great and very thorough.
