THE PERFECT WINTER GETAWAY! We can not say enough about our stay at this beautiful cabin. Everything you could ever need is there when you arrive and more! It was so cozy with the wood stove and extra cozy throws to snuggle up with at night. The cabin was so close to the falls and we spent quality time walking and talking while barely seeing a car on the road. Waking up in the morning to watch the sunset on the deck with our coffee was so serene. We saw deer and turkeys out in the fields and just took our time. Relaxing was made especially easy at night in the giant jacuzzi tub and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever been in. The hosts were responsive right away and truly accommodating. We felt so relaxed during our stay. Not a care in the world! Needless to say we are already planning our next trip back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Comfortable, clean and relaxing stay! I’ve stayed at log cabins before and nothing compares to this one! It was rustic but so clean and the craftsmanship was impeccable! The hosts truly thought of every need you have when they put their time into this place. It was so nice to arrive late and not have to worry about needing anything. We don’t get a chance to stay at gems like these and it was truly a treat. (Literally, Susan puts chocolates on the pillows) This place was absolutely spotless and the warmth and comfort of the homes just made us want to stay forever. I’m begging my husband to book this again for our anniversary in the wi tee so we can put the wood stove to use! The fire ring outside over looking the quiet fields was the perfect way to end each night. Followed by quiet cups of coffee on the deck in a cozy blanket in the morning ❤️ Also, trust Susan’s restaurant recommendations! She knows good good that girl! 👍

This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much this time. Mark and Susan are the most proactive and thoughtful hosts we have stayed with - constantly ensuring we felt at home and providing a few extra touches to really make the stay special. The house itself has everything you need and the setting couldn’t be more peaceful. We’ll be back!

What a special spot. We had a group of 6 friends and this was just the perfect place to end up at after a long day of kayaking on Lake Superior. It was about 50 minute from Bayfield, located in a really serene spot with almost no light pollution. We spent the evening watching the sunset while grilling and enjoying the fire pit after the sun went down. There are so many things that make this place special, like the garden in the back, the stocked kitchen, and the s’mores kits that were left prepared for us. This place exceeded our expectations and we all kept saying “this is the best Airbnb we’ve ever seen!” We are already itching to come back :)
