I stayed here for 6 weeks and was very happy. The apartment is clean and comfortable with great amenities. The shower was excellent and the washer/dryer was a lifesaver. The best part was the location. It’s quick walk to the subway (25 minutes to Times Square) and the nearby restaurants were incredible. I think the restaurants in Queens are some of the best in the city and I could walk to my favorites. Thank you!!

We booked the place for my mother-in-law. She absolutely loved it and felt safe and welcomed. She stayed a little bit over a month and had everything she needed to cook and do laundry in the unit. That part of Astoria is beautiful with plenty of grocery shopping and delicious restaurants at a walkable distance. Brian was very communicative and attentive. The apartment is exactly as described, and the location is super convenient :) We highly recommend it!

Excellent location, very modern, clean and brand new place. Brian's apartment has everything you may need, including washing and drying machine! We thoroughly enjoyed staying a month and appreciated very much the central location in Astoria.
