We enjoyed our stay at Cinco Sisnotes. The view and sunsets were incredible. Our time spent at the home was peaceful with lots of room for 11 people. The location was central to lots of activities- zip lining, surfing and hiking. Would definitely recommend!

This house was gorgeous and a perfect getaway. My group was 12 total, and we had plenty of space and amenities to make sure everyone had a nice time. The listing very accurately represents the property but we were still stunned with how incredible the house was! Every room has a view and the house was well-stocked. The property managers communicated plenty before arrival and just enough during our stay to let us enjoy our time privately. We hired a chef to come in for breakfasts and a big dinner for 18 (hired Chef4U, also highly recommend) and they complimented the kitchen amenities as well. The driveway is very steep but not unnavigable. If you’re planning to order large vans (up to 14 passenger) for transit, we had no trouble with them accessing the property but anything larger would have trouble. However, there is plenty of meetup space at the bottom of the hill.

This place was great for our large group on vacation. Everyone should be aware there is a long STEEP hill to get to the house. Our group was split into 2 taxis from the airport and one stalled 3/4 of the way up. There were 2 instances when local taxis from Coco beach just flat out refused to drive up it. I promise you do not want to try walking up. I'm actually quite glad we didn't rent a car because of the hill, it probably would've gotten scraped up the bottom. Luckily, the excursions we had booked prior to travel that included pick up were able to drive up. The view is nice and overall so is the house. There are just some features that feel a little outdated. The house came with a consierge service that was useful for booking taxi vans for our large group and they were always prompt. They can also help with excursions though we had our itinerary planned and didn't use this part of the service. The location was safe and did feel very touristic. Our vacation was focused on doing outdoor activities so we didn't ultimately spend much time at the house apart from evenings and it was fine. The grocery store options aren't fantastic but we were able to find things to make dinners for 10+ people. Marilyn, my Zindis contact, was very communicative prior to arrival and answered all of my questions. She even provided me with a list of covid testing sites, including an at home service one- which we did end up using. They were great and we had our results in a few hours.

My wife and I have traveled all over the world and this was our first time to Costa Rica. We typically will stay in 5 star destinations. We had a large group of colleagues so we needed a home. From the start Edgar was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Ian arranged amazing activities and a private chef for dinner. As for the home, it is simply beautiful. But the most impressive feature is the world class view of hermosa beach. Sunsets are both breathtaking and captivating, you won’t be disappointed. Full disclosure -The only thing to remember is that coming to Costa Rica you will encounter wild life. We had run ins with Scorpions, lizards and huge spiders all in doors. This has nothing to do with Zindis it has everything to do with the tropical climate. No way to avoid that so just be aware. Having said that if your looking for a luxurious home I would tell ya this home is a definite recommend! Enjoy!
