We had a great stay at Brandon’s place! Truly beautiful and super comfortable for a party of 7. Metro is only short walk from the place. Would definitely stay here again!!

Communication with Brandon was excellent. The covered front porch has comfotable furniture to relax. The living area was spacious, and the Kitchen was well equipped including spices. The Master bedroom was large and had a lovely bathroom with heated floors and a huge shower. The other bedrooms were fine. There are two bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. The only concern was the stairs to the upstairs were narrow and steep (15steps). This is difficult for people with mobility issues. The cool weather kept us from using the back patio, but it looked inviting. It was an easy half mile walk to the Metro through the neighborhood.

This place was lovely. The inside was charming and beautiful. The house was decorated beautifully and had nearly everything we would need including plenty of towels, bedding, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. The lights had dimmers which made sharing the space with people of varying ages convenient. Some things to know but NOT deal breakers: Parking was pretty tricky. We had to drive around a bit to get spots and then had to move one car for street sweeping. It's about a 25-minute drive into the city despite only being a few miles. There are a lot of rats outside. There was no evidence of rats inside just something to be aware of. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Brandon's place. You can tell how much care has gone into making it a lovely and welcoming space.
