A classical 19th Century stone house beautifuly updated with showers, toilets etc. It's very well equipped for any type of holiday, with space for the whole family to eat inside or out. The pool is great, and we enjoyed the large pool area and used its table tennis set, petanque, chairs and loungers in all forms and the little shed with drinks fridge and glasses. Phil and Sharon are generous hosts who were always ready to help. Thanks!

The property is set in a beautiful village with a local restaurant and boulangerie. Travel by car to the local beaches and pretty village of talmont. The property itself is spacious and well equipped. The pool is a lovely size Situated in a nice garden. The property is not fully private as the owners are attached to the property with views and open access into the garden, not necessarily an issue unless you were hoping for total privacy.

Maison charmante, chambres spacieuses, propres et literie très confortable. L’accueil est chaleureux et les hôtes très disponibles. Cependant, je ne conseille pas cette maison à la location groupée. Nous étions 12 infirmiers et nous avons rencontrés quelque problèmes avec nos hôtes concernant le bruit. A savoir que Philip &Sharon habitent sur place, dans une dépendance séparée du salon uniquement par une porte (ce dont nous n’avions pas conscience au départ). Nous avons été contraints par les propriétaires de faire moins de bruit malgré leur invitation à faire la fête comme s’il n’étaient pas là. J’ajouterais un point négatif, l’eau chaude nous était coupée de 12h à 18h dans un souci d’économie... La formule bed & breakfast me semble plus appropriée.

A great house located near vineyards, stunning garden with a pool, ideal for groups or large families. Confortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Phil and Sharon are wonderful hosts. We can only recommend Logis d’Epargnes :)
