It is just a short drive across the bridge to Clearwater, Beach. This is the closest location to the beach without actually staying on the beach!! Most vacation homes in Clearwater are located inland and are 30-45 mins away from the beach because of traffic. Staying on the beach can be overcrowded and crazy. This house is the perfect spot for people who want the close proximity to the beach while avoiding all the traffic. Within walking distance is an Organic Grocery Store, CVS, a Mexican Resturant and Sushi Resturant. Just a mile down the road is the Downtown District of Clearwater with Starbucks and several other restaurants. -1 min to downtown Clearwater! -8-10 min to beautiful beach access! -9 min to charming downtown Dunedin! -20 min to Clearwater/St. Pete airport! -30 mins to Tampa Airport! DESCRIPTION OF HOUSE: 2 Bedroom/ 2 Full Baths with sleeping loft. This bungalow style home was completely renovated from the inside out in 2021 and everything in it is high-end and brand new. New furniture, new appliances, new TV's, new linens, new washer/dryer, etc. It is very comfortable, clean and cozy. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, room darkening curtains, a smart TV and a private bathroom with soaking tub and a large walk-in shower. Extra blankets and pillows provided. There is a pack-n-play located in the master bedroom closet. Bring your own sheets for the pack-n-play. The second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows provided. The second full size bathroom has a large, glass walk-in shower. The oversized couch in the living room can be used as a bed as it is large enough to sleep on. There is a cute sleeping loft (ideal for kids) that has two twin beds and is the perfect play space and game room for kids. We can provide an air mattress for extra sleeping space if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances (microwave, stove, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer) toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes, silverware, cookware, glasses, mugs, mixing bowls, storage containers, etc. Laundry area is located inside the house with a brand new washer and dryer - laundry soap included! Coffee station stocked with organic coffee and tea. There are also condiments (cooking oils, salt and pepper, seasonings, ketchup, mustard, mayo etc.) which you are welcome to use. There is a gym inside the garage with free weights, barbell and pulley system. The beautiful backyard has a heated pool and plenty of space to lounge and relax. Long private driveway with plenty of room for parking 2-3 cars. We provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for your convenience to use at the beach. Because I grew up in Clearwater, FL and this is my second home I have a deep connection to the space and the surrounding area.
