The main issue we encountered was the numerous broken or nearly broken items. We were aware of the need for upgrades when we booked the house. Additionally, it wasn't childproof, particularly concerning the stairs, which were intimidating even for adults. Identifying the master bedroom was difficult due to the mismatched bathrooms and beds. However, the location was fantastic, offering peace and a beautiful view that made it worthwhile.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Everything we needed was close by and easy to find. I believe this will be our new standard for vacations.

Our stay was an overall success! The location was hands down the best feature. The beach is literally the backyard. The property had lots of supplies for the beach. Even though it’s a townhouse, we essentially had the property to ourselves but that could be due to timing of the year we went. You’re a 10 minute walk to Caddy’s and a 5 minute drive to Publix! I found the portal confusing with too much information instead of just simple bullet points. Once inside the townhouse, I just followed check-out instructions on fridge. It’d be nice if there was a shade over kitchen window.
