Cathy is the most friendly and responsive host I've had the pleasure of staying with. She was flexible with check in and provided detailed instructions on how to find her Cozy Camper. The camper location is unbeatable if you're looking for a quiet place to stay on the river. Close to Hancock and easy to find. She made sure we had everything we needed and showed us how everything worked in the camper. Camper itself is clean, roomy, comfortable, and as advertised. Heat and AC work great. It was like having the best camping spot imaginable with all the comforts of home. We can't wait to come back to the Cozy Camper!

I extremely loved it, it was secluded, had a good local grocery store, and Cathy and her friends and family showed us great respect, if your'e looking for a place for a family trip, Cathy's place will do the job! Cathy was very reponsive and helpful. She was very kind and explained to us how to work everything in the trailer. She was also very flexible with the checkout time. Highly recommended for an awesome holiday!

Awesome place with a great location especially when you are in the area to fly fish the west/east branch. Would recommend. The river front is amazing.

the camper is situated right along the river. sitting outside with a cup of coffee (host provided!) watching the ducks and otter amd kayakers was peaceful and watching the fishermen in the afternoon was a real treat. the fog on the river was as picturesque as it comes. the bed was comfortable. we had plenty of hot water for a shower and to wash dishes. I didn't get to use many of her amenities but everything was there as promised, including plenty of kitchen supplies to cook. the camper was very clean; remember to store food in the provided fridge. the ac was cold and all we really needed was the fan at night even in August. the camper is just over train tracks and I never heard or saw a train. it is a very private location, even situated on her property, I believe I could have walked out naked and never been seen (unless someone was in the river). I met her sweet dog only as I was leaving. I never heard him bark and he stayed to himself.
