Anvil campground was perfect for our stay. The cottage was so clean and cute. Had everything you need for a stay. Location is perfect and staff is super friendly and helpful. Our 3 mini dachshunds loved it as well! Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting the area.

Our cabin was quaint, clean and very quiet. There was plenty of room for my family of four plus our large dog! The air conditioning was chilly and the fans were a nice addition to keeping the cabin cool during the night. There were plenty of closet spaces and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and eating in. The porch swing and fire pit made for great relaxation on the patio and the grill was in a perfect spot just outside the patio door. Plenty of outdoor seating was available and clean. The playground and pool were well-maintained as were the grounds. The general store was phenomenal with pricing and selection of goods and treats. We will be back and we definitely recommend this spot on your next trip in Williamsburg VA!

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first visit to Bush Gardens and Water Country and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The cottage was cute, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved being able to bring our dogs with us. Communication was excellent, and everyone was extremely nice. Our kids loved the pool, playgrounds and game room. Thank you again, we will definitely be back.
