We were just there Feb. 14-21st. It was a fabulous house minutes from town with a ten + view of the ocean! Pedrga is very steep area above the marina and we used the transportation services that were recommended by Daniela and Uber which was super easy! Not to say that younger people couldn’t walk it down…..up is another story. One way in and out and it’s strictly monitored so it’s very safe! The house is just like the pictures which was a real plus. They are adding another room at this time but the noise wasn’t an issue. Progress is always good! Daniela was very responsive as at first we had problems getting the pool heated at the proper time but all in all I’d book it again! Daniela had a wonderful chef that we used two times and the meals were very good! The only suggestion would be that the kitchen should be better equipped such as proper wine glasses etc. I’d highly recommend this residence in Cabo!! You will be taken well care of! We had a great stay at Villa Del Norte with 2 families including 4 teens. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the pool table. The recommendations for transportation, activities, grocery delivery and a few nights with a chef were all awesome and worked out perfectly. It was a wonderful trip for everyone!

Villa del Norte was a beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay very much! I want elaborate on the 4 stars. The pros: The property was very clean and loved the way the sliding glass doors opened fully to the back patio. We utilized the full space. The housekeeper came twice during our week which was nice. The host recommended an amazing concierge service that handled our excursions, transportation, in home spa service, and amazing chef service. Daniela set us up with that long before we arrived. They played a big part in making our vacation very special. The cons: Wi-Fi was manageable but a little weak. There was some construction going on but that will be finished soon and we were made aware of it before we arrived. The main view faces east so heavy sun in morning. All in all it was a good value and a beautiful place in Pedregal!

We had a big surprise - House is being expanded and was in active construction during our stay, but we weren't told until the day before check-in. The main part of the house is spacious and lovely as well as the 3 deluxe bedroom guest suites on the top and second floor. The 2 bedrooms on the lower floor, however, can only be accessed through exiting the back door, walking down concrete stairs to these 2 exterior rooms. These rooms are considerably smaller, each with a full-size bed and small bathrooms. The new bathroom has a shower that doesn't drain properly and bathroom floor slopes away, causing the floor to flood. We couldn't use the shower. The last evening the room smelled of sewage. Several items were broken - firepit did not work, handle falling off of pan. Note none of the doors except for the front door lock. The bedrooms downstairs cannot be accessed unless the back door is left unlocked which we had concerns with having small children.

I had a group of 8 people joining me in Cabo for my 60th birthday celebration. I booked a villa with the help of Daniela and her Amaco team. The trip was amazing- the house was absolutely spacious and beautiful for our group! I personally hadn’t booked an AirBnB before, but it was a great experience working with Daniela, Regina and her contacts. Check-in was a breeze, response to our questions/requests were answered quickly, the villa housekeeper was very sweet and meticulous, just everything was perfect!! We didn’t do a lot of activities because we rented a car to go anywhere we wanted. We did have a tequila tasting night at our villa. Super fun, highly recommend! Our stay in Cabo, Pedregal was a fantastic experience! Definitely, will be booking with Daniela again. Thank you Daniela, Regina and Amaco!!
