The access was good - 15 min drive from city center (Ponta Delgada). The list said there was a TV, there was not. The list said there was shampoo, which is something you don't usual bring because of liquids on air flights, there was not. The house isolament is not the best. If you have the heater for hours, the house never gets too comfortable, and if there were some blankets, it would be more comfortable to stay in the couch. Also, and unfortunately, on the second-last day we ran out of hot water. Thought that the next it would be ok since there was no hot water in the deposit, but on the day after the problem stood. The host had quick replies and considering the rest, the quality/price is pretty competitive.

La casa è molto carina, ha un bel giardino ma purtroppo è molto poco curata, peccato perche con più igene e più manutenzione potrebbe veramente essere al top. L' umidità ha rovinato diverse parti di essa e andrebbe rinfrescata. L host mette a disposizione diversi accessori e elettrodomestici, la maggior parte sono datati, poco igienici o non funzionanti. La doccia si è tappata il primo giorno ma l host è stato tempestivo nel risolvere il problema. La casa è in un ottima posizione, sia per visitare la parte ovest Dell isola e tutte le attrazioni che per uscire alla sera. ( 15 minuti di macchina da Ponta Delgada).

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war es aber sehr laut auf dem Gelände, was unter Anderem an den fünf Hunden liegt. Diese bellen, sobald jemand das Haus betritt. Ich finde das sollte man wissen, bevor man die Unterkunft bucht.

l'host è stato gentilissimo soprattutto quando ha capito che noi cercavamo un'alloggio con 2 stanze, mentre la casa ha una stanza con una sala dove è stata ricavato uno spazio per dormire con due letti a castello, senza porta e senza soffitto. A parte questo inconveniente siamo stati bene, l'host ci ha aiutato in tutte le sistemazioni dell'alloggio e per chi cerca una sistemazione particolare questa è sicuramente valida
