Charming house. So we’ll organized. I liked cooking in her kitchen better than mine at home - everything was so easy to find. Our kids enjoyed the short walk to the fantastic aquatic Center.

We felt at home and cozy in this cute cottage! Well equipped kitchen for all our cooking, enjoyed the river view and it’s a great location to downtown! The beds are super comfy which made for great rest for our hockey player! The steps up to the house are fairly steep so it did make hauling our bigger hockey bags and cooler up to the doorway a bit of a workout. Certainly wouldn’t stop us from staying there again but you might consider if you’re not able to navigate stairs well. The neighbors are also very nice. Meg’s suggestions for restaurants and stores were great and her decorative touches throughout the house were so cute! Loved the teal coffee maker!If we ever find ourselves back to Trail, I won’t hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great stay with Meegan! We were really impressed with how clean, comfortable and cozy the cottage was, and how well appointed! The cottage came stocked with tons of extra blankets and linens, a fully equipped kitchen, and more of those “tiny details” that made us feel right at home. The beds are super comfy - we slept so well! Meegan was a friendly and responsive host. We would definitely stay with her again and highly recommend her courage!

Meegan was a fantastic host. The residence was on the outskirts of town with lots of construction going on and a dirt parking lot. There are 23 very steep stairs going up to the entrance door. If you were to take a fall, things would not turn out well. Very difficult to haul luggage, coolers, etc. up steep flight of stairs. The inside was nice with lots of amenities. We brought our dog and the back yard was nothing but dirt, small and inconvenient to take her out. We enjoyed our stay in Trail and cross country skied at Red Mountain, but I have to be honest, I would look for a different place if we ever go back.
