If you want a fairly quiet spot this works. Very close to I75 and 7 min to shopping and restaurants. About a 10min drive to quaint downtown McKinney with lots of shops and restaurants.

Not too bad.. Weather made it difficult for us to enjoy outdoors. Beside that its just an old cottage.. we should not expect a whole lot. Windows were dusty with dead bugs.. There are Additional instructions as well to follow😳. Also there were too many signs everywhere for restrictive area😐. I liked nice hot showers.. lots of goodies.. And nice care taker lady.. but it’s a little too much for few goats and chickens.. I think it should be accessible without any restrictions if it’s an attraction to the cottage..
