We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect for our needs. It was within 10 minutes walk to a grocery store, major bus routes and two trolley lines, as well as Canal Street and the French Quarter. The apartment is styled very nicely and we loved super comfy bed and the courtyard at the back of the building. The owner's communication was great. We were not able to get one of the TVs to work initially and the owner came right over and corrected the problem. We would definitely love to stay again.

I stayed at 820 unit 101 for a month during Mardi Gras and I was so pleased with the space. It’s very walkable to all the places I love in New Orleans. The hosts were super quick to respond. Note that unit 101 is on the bottom floor of the building with windows to the street. I kept the blinds down and had no problems with anyone on the street, all in all very quiet! I will definitely be back to stay next year with any luck! Thanks 820!

Great place to stay in the city! Close to everything. New, modern, comfortable and spacious! Very responsive and accommodating host. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

Nice unit with good sized bathrooms and kitchen. Bedrooms were a little tight but worked out ok. Location was easily walkable to French Quarter, CBD, Warehouse district and more. Not too far from a Rouses supermarket. Nice courtyard to take a break in. Check in was easy and communication good. My only complaints would be that the sheets, bedding were stained and should be replaced. I would bring my own sheets for a long stay, if I stayed again, and would recommend that you consider that as well. The other issue was that there are no dressers/drawers to put your cloths in. There is a closet in each bedroom to hang shirts, but some clothing items aren’t hangable - so something with drawers would be helpful. I just kept my clothes in my suitcase for a month. Otherwise, had a nice stay and would stay at the unit again ! Thanks.
