I looked at a lot of places What stood out at Nancy's place was the outdoor space It did not disappoint The deck is brand new Outdoor furniture looks new too It was just me and my husband and we went kayaking and And sat out on the deck under the trees which were beautiful manatee would go by Which we loved The indoor space was Just what we needed we were barely in the house there is an outdoor bathroom with a shower If you are there with more people The location was perfect when you get to the main river when you take a left the water is just beautiful we would go early in the morning and even see deer by the shoreline If you take a Right at the river we would kayak down to Roger's park And upper deck restaurant for lunch you can park your kayak right there Don't hesitate to book this place it's absolutely gorgeous

What a wonderful little place and location! Such a cute home, very responsive host and wonderful location with tons of fun to be had! Our family had such a wonderful time.

This was very unique property and the outside space is fantastic, huge screened porch and beautiful shaded deck. Lots of kayaks. The kids had a great time swimming off the dock and watching turtles swim by. Not on the main river but a very nice channel that was close. The only indoor bathroom is located in the main house bedroom, so awkward if your group is not comfortable sharing spaces. Also no toiletries and limited paper goods provided so bring your own. Tip: grab some paper plates if you are accustom to using a dishwasher. We had two families with our kids out there and had a truly lovely time.

The location and amenities provided by the host were incredible. My family had a great time and we put the kayaks to good use on the river. Thank you for allowing us to use your home and we look forward to visiting Weeki Wachee again someday!

Nancy's place is amazing!! wonderful outdoor area with a gorgeous patio. this river retreat has all you need!
