This home with views of scenic Mudd River has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico AND the Weeki Wachee River. This newly remodeled waterfront home is the perfect place to make lifetime memories while enjoying nature in provided kayaks/canoe. “The River Point Getaway” sleeps 6 (two queen beds and 2 twin beds), and 2 full bathrooms. If you are bringing a boat or rent one nearby, there is a 12x10 dock. Boat ramp-70 ft away. NO RV/campers/tents. Dogs are welcome :) The entire property is fenced and cross fenced -so pet(s) can be kept in front or back if desired to keep the cross fenced gates closed. The queen beds and 2 full bathrooms are at south end of home and twin beds in north end. In between are living/dining rooms and fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. The back screened porch has seating for six as well as a big table with 6 chairs. There are two lounge chairs and a full spare propane tank for grill. On large deck there is a propane gas grill, small table for four with chairs and a tiki bar.

We had a wonderful time. We live about an hour away from Weeki Wachee, and this was the perfect little getaway for us. It was clean, homey, perfect location on the water, we loved it. We will so be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our getaway to Weeki Wachee & the house was very clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The host even went over to open the gate and turn on a few lights for us so we wouldn't be fumbling around in the dark due to our late arrival.
Two sisters with their hubbies spent a week at River Point Getaway. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Super clean, recently renovated, comfortable home. Big screened porch with lots of seating. Large deck leading to an open dock. Several kayaks available, with life jackets and whistles. Location was great for fishing, kayaking and biking. Nearby General Store on Cortez Blvd sells delicious homemade ice cream. Pine Island State Park offers a beach and great view of the sunset, only four miles away. Highly recommend this rental property!

Very friendly waterfront neighborhood. Please drive no more than 12 mph and respectively keep music and voices down after 9 pm.
2 vehicles can fit under carport. Two vehicles behind them in driveway and/or on 40 foot strip of grass along street side of fence.
