Our family of 5 stayed here for 7 days. The property is fitted to a very high standard in a fantastic location. It has private parking for more than one car and security gates, set in a well maintained garden. It is a short walk of 5-10 mins(albeit quite a few steep steps down to two local beaches in Rapello) and a pleasant walk of 20 mins to Santa Margherita. The recent addition of the outside kitchen is a great feature. Plenty of appliances, crockery, glassware and utensils. The bedrooms are comfortable and cool as they are downstairs. Our hosts were very attentive and responded quickly to our requests and questions. Overall a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful villa with very pretty outdoor gardens. The outdoor kitchen is a great space to cook and eat in. It was very hot while we were there and it was always a relief to come home to the excellent air con when we'd been out exploring. The main kitchen is outdoors in the garden and has everything you need to cook, it was also convenient having the small kitchen indoors to keep water and juice in the fridge. Everything was very clean and very tastefully decorated, the property is well managed with good supplies eg plenty of toilet roll, and a very helpful manager who gave us good tips for the local area when we checked in. There's lots to do nearby and plenty of pretty places to travel to, we managed without a car, using the local buses, trains and boats. We hope to come back sometime.

Such a beautiful place and nicely decorated. Everything is very well thought out, the outdoor kitchen area is a real feature set amongst a stunning garden. The house is in a perfect location within walking distance to Santa Margherita and Rapallo with a five minute walk to the closest beach. Our stay was over a very hot period so we were very grateful that the air-conditioning worked well. Enrico was very responsive and provide us with local information. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back one day.
