Indoors, the home was beautiful, spacious, peaceful, and clean. We were welcomed with a complimentary wine bottle and candy bar. Unfortunately, the chocolate was almost 2 years old. Having a laundry room was a plus, though. The cupboards were well stocked with needed utensils, dishes, cups, pots, and pans. Also, there were leftover spices, flour, sugar, and coffee. I emailed Jessie Tate during our stay as several bulbs were out or missing, and a lamp was missing the knob. The outdoor area could have been cleaner, especially the boat slip area, as we found debris, including a large glass bottle with yellow liquid inside. The pool was serviced during our stay, but it was not up to our standards, especially after finding a frog swimming. Lastly, one amenity mentioned on the site was shampoo, and none was provided, only tiny bars of soap. Upon arriving home on March 17, I noticed that I had left behind an electronic device, so I emailed Jessie Tate, but still waiting for response (3/21).

This house was exactly what we needed. We were able to play on the lake, find a rental boat, cook, swim, grill and hang out with no issues!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was beautiful. Everyone in our group remarked how we should do this get together next year in this same house. Thanks, evolve, for making the check-in and out experience stress free. The furnishings in this house were very, very nice. And we all felt comfortable. Great job!
