We had a delightful stay at Matt and Phil's house. The location is perfect - very quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views. The local area is still very unspoilt, and we had a great time exploring the Limousin and Dordogne regions. We found the places further south in the Dordogne beautiful but more touristy and crowded. We were lucky to have mostly hot weather, so on the days we returned in time we had a quick dip in the private swimming pool and sat and watched the sunset with a glass of wine. The decking by the pool is undercover with ample comfortable seating. Matt and Phil provided some lovely treats for when we arrived, and even went shopping for us when we realised we would be flying in on a Sunday afternoon when all the shops are are shut. It was so kind of them. They also kept us supplied with fruit and vegetables from their smallholding during the time we were there. They could not have been more helpful, and also recommended some great places to visit.

Matt and Phil were amazing hosts, and were very attentive when needed but had all the privacy we wanted. The house was very clean and well equipped as was the pool and outdoor area. Can very easily imagine us booking again.

Thanks Matt and Phill, We had a wonderful stay at your place. We could view the stars at night and during the day we went to wonderful markets. The pool was really clean and the view spectacular. The rooms are spacious and the living space and kitchen are well equipped.

We had an amazing stay at Matt’s and Phil’s place. The house is big, great, beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Matt & Phil are great hosts, very nice and always willing to help.

Our group had a wonderful stay. We were attending a wedding close by so the location and space was perfect for us. We were three couples and everyone felt like they had lots of privacy with three large rooms all spaced out. It was unseasonably cold and rainy when we were there so we were sad to not take advantage of the pool, but we walked the grounds and Matt gave us fresh veggies and fruit from his garden which was so lovely. He also greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour. He was a great host and we all left wanting to go back and explore more!
