So grateful for their quick help. Our previous booking was canceled on us last minute while we were driving from Texas with 3 kids. So I quickly found this option. She started working on it late in the evening to make sure it was ready for us. I appreciate them for helping us out last minute.

It was good place to stay the night, only issue was that it smell like cigarettes in the room and no door to the bathroom just a curtain. Other than that good host 👍

If you don't mind that the place is a fixer upper and has no heating, it's the perfect place. Great deal, clean & safe. Quiet neighborhood. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was good for dolan springs, but can benefit from a little TLC. a fire pit ouside would be cool, I did not see any A/C nor a dryer for the clothes.

I would not rebook this airbnb because; 1) There is a pipe sticking out of the ground as you drive it. The pipe can easily puncture a tire so be careful especially when arriving at night. 2) There is no heating, they provide one heater, so bring a lot of warm clothes and/or blankets. There is two bedrooms so if using both bedrooms one will have no heating. 3) There is no door on the restroom. So if you group requires privacy when using the restroom this place might not be for you. 4) We got casserole dish to cook dinner and it had a layer of dust on it as did a lot of the cookware. 5) The Wi-fi is not reliable and would go in and out regularly. Had to use my T-mobile home internet unit. 6) Make sure you do a walk through of the property before leaving. I left something behind and they would not ship it or allow me to pick it up. They are not obligated to return belongings left behind, just be aware, if you leave something behind it might be difficult to get it returned.
