Petrol stations nearby in the beautiful, historic market town of Peebles, six miles from the flat, which has loads of great pubs, cafes and restaurants and beautiful walks along the river Tweed and surrounding hills. Edinburgh airport is about a 45 minute drive. Fishing by permit on the river Tweed. Very scenic paved riverside multi use path from Innerleithen to Peebles.
