Beach Place #308 is a 1360 square foot beachfront dream that has under gone a complete remodel that includes all new granite kitchen , all new stainless-steel appliances, and new granite bathrooms. New furniture throughout, new tile carpet throughout and a luxurious walk-in shower. There are TVs in all 3 bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements: King in Master, 2 Queens in 2nd bdrm, 1 Queen in 3rd bdrm. Beach Place 308 also has in unit washer/dryer. This unit offers ONE assigned parking space. There is no additional parking at Beach Place. But no vacation would be complete with multiple trips to the beach, swimming pool and BBQing! Fortunately, these are all right here, just steps away! Another plus- John's Pass Village is just across the street! At the Pass you and your family and friends can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world. Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

We tried to cancel, per airbnb rules, and your employee Robin, said to call back in a week because they were busy evacuating guests and themselves. she said it wouldn't be a problem to get the refund at that time. I am truly upset!!! I will tell your name and sunhost to everyone I know that visits florida,, so they don't stay at your locations!!!
Madeira Beach is a beautiful place to stay and I loved that our condo was on the beach. If you have to checkin after hours make sure they give you clear instructions in what the process entails (what email acct you’’ll receive instructions from, after hours phone number with a live person answering) so you don’t go through what we did.

Our property is located at John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk in Madeira Beach. Home to over 100 shops, restaurants, galleries and nightclubs, the Village has become a destination for many visiting our area. John's Pass also features commercial and charter fishing as well as sightseeing cruises, boat & jet-ski rentals and parasailing. It’s one of the few places where you can shop til ya’ drop while spotting dolphins & even manatees cruising in the calm waters. Plus, family friendly activities that are actually kid approved are all around! Rent a huge Waverunner that seats almost the whole family, take the kids to a pirate show at the Pirate Ship or enjoy delicious seafood with family friendly prices at one of the local eateries! So much to do at John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk!
Lots to walk to but if you have a car that will expand your horizons. Rental Cars are available at the office and Local Trolley stops are only steps away, to take you all up and down the Gulf Beaches. Also located on the regular scheduled Pinellas County Bus line.
