This place was great! Walking distance to everything you could want. Owner was super responsive and even let us know when the cleaning people were done. We got in town very early and were able to check in 2 hours ahead of time. We heard complaints from other renters in the building but we couldn’t be happier. Accommodated 4 adults and 3 children easily.

Nice location. Unfortunately they were replacing roofs on both neighboring buildings but that's just timing. The living room and both bedrooms could use ceiling fans. Overall had a very nice stay.

We booked the condo because it had private beach access and a heated pool. It was just me, my husband, and our young child, but the condo could easily accommodate another 5 people. Everything was very clean, and as described. The furniture and beds were comfortable. There is shared, coin operated laundry on the same floor. All of the residents we met were very nice, and it was a quiet building. You did get some street noise, because it’s literally across from an area with a bunch of shops, bars, and restaurants. Nice for ease of walking to, but comes with some noise. The condo is on the side of the building, so the balcony does look over some rooftops, but it’s on the top floor so you still get good views of the beach, ocean, and sunset. The beach is busy, but good for kids. Chairs and beach equipment were provided in the condo to use at the beach. The pool had lots of seating and was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and dine in. It was a great spot!

The condo is centrally located. It’s close to John Pass village, boardwalk and right by the beach. If you like fishing, the bridge, which is right next to the condo, is a great spot. The place is clean. The kitchen is well-stocked. Jennifer was very responsive to my questions. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Jennifer’s condo on Madeira beach and would definitely recommend staying there. The condo is nicely decorated as seen in the pictures. The condo is located at sandy shores the second to last building on the beach just before Johns pass bridge. Right across the street is John’s pass village which has bar’s, restaurants and souvenir shops. The beachfront pool is nice and has plenty of seating. The beach is beautiful and seems to go on as far as the eye can see. Just be aware the condo is on the north side of the building and overlooks two rooftops which partially obstructs your view of the beach. On the other hand you have plenty of ocean to look at. And, the second bedroom is a little bright at night because of a hall light.
