we loved our stay here- a great and clean space- the pool and patio space was wonderful ! note that even though the beach is only a few blocks away, you must walk many blocks to access it because the train tracks have limited crossings. I also thought there was more of a kitchen - we didn't want to make more trash using disposable dishes and utensils. ( minor complaint)

We loved our brief stay in Jason’s Leucadia grotto. The listing was cozy but not cramped. Our dog loved being able to explore the backyard and lounge by the pool. Jason was a friendly and communicative host, and provided great local recommendations.

Jason’s place is a great deal for those looking for a nice and comfortable stay near the beach. The pool and patio are great for hangouts. Check-in was easy and Jason is very responsive.
