We had a great stay at Peter’s place. It’s a short walk to a coffee house and various restaurants and stores.

Peter’s place was a great hub for us while we were in Syracuse. We dropped off our son at the university, and it was the perfect spot- a really lovely, safe, quiet street, yet only a couple blocks to a great coffee shop and multiple restaurants. The walk to campus was a leisurely 20 minutes and part of it was through a great park. I had seen other reviews of this place complaining about the yard and the state of the house, but I didn’t have a problem with it. The whole neighborhood/town is dotted with older houses that need some love, but you’ll be staying in a college town that rents to college students and this house fits in. When inside, the apartment is quaint and well situated, and it’s really clean. The beds were comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the temperature was great (I’ve heard many homes in Syracuse don’t have AC, but this one does). We didn’t cook there, so I can’t speak to that. Peter is great and very communicative too. We will definitely stay there again. 5⭐️s!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. We rented the 1st floor unit. The upstairs is offered for rent as well. The location is great with several restaurants nearby. The only drawback is the one restroom for the three bedrooms. There is also no shelf or ledge by the sink for toiletries. This trip the trash bins were overflowing out front and the yard had not been mowed in some time. A bit of an eye sore for us and the neighbors. I'm sure they will get it cleaned up.

Nice little house close to the college. The bathroom looks recently remodeled very clean. Several restaurants and small grocery store less than 1 block away. We enjoyed the coffee shop and the Rising Shine Diner breakfast place was darling. Check out their menu on line.. very unique!
