Puerto las nieves was a very relaxing and peaceful place. Victors house is located in walking distance to everything there is. Our you children loved the big boat on the playground. The neighbours was very friendly aswell and brought us toys for the kids. The house had everything you expected from the photos and description. Victor is a great and very friendly and helpful host. He got us a babycot and high chair for our son. He was always very responsive and helpful with anything we asked. We would love to come back.

Victor's place is the perfect base for exploring this quiet and unspoilt corner of Gran Canaria. The apartment was just what we needed, clean, spacious and well furnished. The kitchen is basic but has everything you need to cook some light meals (the town has many superb restaurants so cooking is something we only did a few times). Victor is very easy to communicate with and always responds promptly to any requests and was proactive in checking in with us and making sure everything was ok, the perfect host. We love Puerto de las Nieves as its not in any way a tourist town and we spent many days just wandering along the sea front, swimming off the harbour beach and the salt water pools and enjoying the sunsets (and eating a lot of great food!) We can't imagine basing ourselves anywhere else and Victor's apartment is a great place top stay. Highly recommended.

Nice, quiet house, located very close to the port, beach, all the shops and restaurants. Just remember, whatever you do, DO NOT park in space number 17 in the underground parking, this is not your space, and the owner of the space is nuts.
