good location and really peaceful. better take your own shampoo and other cleaning stuff includes but not limited as laundry liquid and dish wash liquid . BTW it's definitely worth the money.liked it

As mentioned in my message to the host, we really loved the house however were very disappointed with several maintenance issues. Namely, the bins were full; the shower screen seals needed replacing; one toilet leaked; the fridge wasn't cold (posing a food hygiene concern); we discovered cockroaches (especially in the master bedroom); we did not receive enough linen and/or the linen was stained/unclean (despite a $15pp fee); the floors hadn't been mopped as our feet were very dirty; and the kitchen only stocked 4 breakfast bowls making it awkward for 9 people to share a meal. Although the property manager tried to call us to resolve some of these issues, we had a very busy schedule planned and mostly had very limited phone reception. It is a real shame about these easy to resolve maintenance issues, as the house itself was perfect and is actually one of the better group houses we've stayed in. Hopefully the manager resolves these issues for the next guests.
