The apartment is perfect for a 30 day or longer stay. It has everything you need without a lot of what you don't. The location just can't be beat, Many restaurants, markets and services of most any type within a few minutes walk. Subway station within a stones throw along with a 5 min walk to central park. Annie is very quick to respond to any questions or offer information about the apartment and/or the City. We certainly hope to return for another stay at this location.

Annie is a great host, she is kind and flexible. Always helped when necessary. the theater downstais is hilarious, the space is very well organized. The location is amazing, best part of NY! thanks for letting me stay ... hope to come back next year!

Annie was a great host, continually checking in with me to see if I need anything I needed and to see how my stay was going. The apartment itself is in a great location, proximate to both the West Side Highway and Central Park.

Stayed here for the summer and it was great! The location is ideal- very close to the subway, Central Park, and lots of great restaurants around. The neighborhood felt safe and living above the theater was fun. Hosts were very responsive and the apartment was exactly as pictured!

What a fantastic location! You're two blocks from Central Park, two blocks from the riverside park, and a 15 minute walk from any kind of food you could imagine. It is up four flights of stairs (no elevator), but it's worth it to be on the top floor (no one stomping around above you!). The apartment was spotless and lovely - tons of storage, kitchen had any utensils/cooking gear we might need. Large closet to hang things, fantastic bathroom (the tub is huge and luxurious and the hot water is HOT). There are large windows that let a ton of light in and show off the high ceilings (but have very effective shades if you're not a morning person). If we ever needed to get ahold of them, Annie and Peter were extremely responsive and quickly resolved any questions/issues. We enjoyed our three month stay and we will be looking into this apartment again when back in the city!
