While the property was in a lovely location and it some of the rooms were probably ok, it was not explained that the only rooms with a view were the big family rooms. Traveling on my own, I was put into a corner room with no windows which should have just been a storage or staff room and given that there were no other rooms available, I cancelled my reservation. When I arrived to the train station, the only directions I got from the host were to have the taxi call him in spite of the fact that there is a pin location for this place and that would have been easier. Since after calling him 10 times without him picking up, my taxi dropped me at a coffee shop while I had to wait for him to respond and then I got another taxi. All the host needs is a pin location for people to use when they arrive instead of requiring a phone call to someone who doesn’t even pick up his phone. Overall, if you stay here, ask for a pin and NOT just a phone number and request a family room.

I have a pleasure of staying here. The natural surrounding is stunning. My family love it so much. The staff are all nice and helpful , specially thanks to the staff called Near and her sister assist with different problems. The hostel provides a free breakfast which is simple and delicious. Overall, I would recommend this homestay to all of you.

Chien and his family were absolutely amazing and welcoming to our group. 13 of us stayed at his place and everything was great from the food, to the recommendations of things to do in the area. I can’t recommend this home enough!

The location is a bit hard to find and road lead in are bad but apart from that everything is wonderful.
