Very hospitable and an amazing place for a decent price

This is a beautiful house located a 5 min walk away from Fingal Bay beach. The place is very modern and the ducted air conditioning is great. It has a spacious kitchen and fully litter BBQ. You do need to bring all amenities. Toilet paper, cleaning materials, bed sheets - which was no issue for us. Loved our stay and would stay again.

The place was clean, and as per the photo shown. Very standard townhouse style, with all the basic home appliances. The place is tile all throughout, so easy maintenance. One big disappointment was that Linens are at extra cost - pay directly to the Agent, and this was buried deep in the the page long Airbnb house rules. They quoted us $100 for 3 beds of linens. The agent only provides you with the absolute bare minimum of cleaning products for the kitchen, so make sure you bring your own dish washing liquids, dish washer tablets, tea towels etc. there were no salt and pepper, nor any other kitchen essentials. Also must bring your own shower gel, shampoo etc. the house is completely empty apart from the furniture as you can see on the photo. We had trouble with figuring out how the hot water system works - not sure why they have to turn off everything on the main switches. the location is pretty good, about 5 min drive to Fingal Beach. all in all, if you come prepared with everything from home, you will have a good time.

This was a sparkling clean space! Plenty of room for our extended family. Most things have been thought of for an extended holiday. It’s not too far from the beach! No complaints from us! Thanks
