Carrie and Doug were probably the best hosts we've ever had in all of our years using Airbnb. They were incredibly helpful, quick to respond, flexible with our change in plans due to the Lukeville border being closed and all around great hosts. The house was right on the beach in a quiet and peaceful area. We were worried about it being too far out of Rocky Point proper but it wasn't more than 30-35 minute drive. We had a really big group and everyone had enough space. There is ping pong and pool, a poker table, alllll of the beach toys for kids and toddlers and even was the perfect little toddler bed in one of the master bedrooms for our little kiddo. We would definitely stay here again and are so happy to have found a big home in Rocky Point that we know and love. Thank you Carrie and Doug!

The Bennett house served our family of 16 well, including 10 adults and 6 kids. The beach was absolutely amazing and we spent most our time playing in the ocean and enjoying the sunset. Some of the major pros were all the space, tons of sand toys and kids kayak, fire pit, ping pong, poker table, and well stocked with spices. The murals were also beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and there were ample linens. Things to note - this is about 40 minutes outside of the center of town and there aren’t any stores or gas stations nearby, so be sure to bring everything you need with you or you’ll have a drive to stock up. If you have little ones, you might want to bring a baby gate to keep them away from the stairs and You have to bring your own beach towels. We didn’t see a washer & dryer on the property so don’t anticipate washing clothes. We had a great time and made some fantastic memories in the house.

Doug's place was great. We had a large party and there were plenty of beds and also plenty for our large party to do with the ping pong, pool table, games, swings and ocean right outside the back door. Having a large couch and tvs that easily worked in Mexico was also great for when the kids needed some out of the sun wind down time. Their house is off the beaten path but we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We loved our trip. The house was much nicer than we expected based on the pictures we saw on Airbnb. Doug was helpful and responsive, the beach is beautiful and kid friendly, and the house has a funky summer camp kind of feel to it that we loved. All in all we recommend this to anyone that understands the uniqueness and character of Mexico and we will be back again.
