I was severely disappointed from the start and had no choice but to stay as other options couldn’t accommodate me for the three weeks or were too expensive. Below are some issues that arose: - TV remote not working. - Messaged on air b app and b and advised to purchase some new batteries - No toilet roll - messaged also on air b and b app but they did not respond. Purchased my own. - Loud music - music venue outside -Fire alarms - Loud neighbours - paper thin walls - Smells - Unloved - patchy wifi - cobwebs - shower pressure horrendous The pool and spa are amazing but the building is old and smells. It is third floor with no lift and the flat itself is unloved. it is severely overpriced for what it is and neighbours are extremely loud. The host is nice enough but stopped replying when I asked about toilet roll. When complained afterwards, I got given £30. They are morally corrupt.

Great location and nice apartment. Just needed a hoover and the tv remote wasn’t working but other than that a nice stay. Great modern gym and sauna downstairs too.

The house is like the pictures show. House had everything one needs to stay even for longer periods. Gym was nice to have, pool was often closed. At times a little noisy, but that’s due to the neighbours not the apartment per se. Overall it was a good stay.
