This cute little apartment is in a GREAT location, very walkable for all of Frankenmuth. Noise from the shop below was non-existent. There was some road noise and some from surrounding shops, but it was stopped at a reasonable time. Frankenmuth has tons of beautiful seasonal decorations that can be seen from the balcony. Lots of natural light, natural woods for the floor, cute furnishings. Lots of games and things to do within the apt. Some breakable décor, so not great for small/mischievous children. GREAT place for a weekend girls or couples getaway. Heated bathroom floor is a very nice touch! Carol was very responsive and accommodating.

My wife and three college age daughters really loved Carol's apartment above the chocolate shop. Easy access and a great parking spot along with its central location were a huge plus. The unit itself is very clean and comfortable with gorgeous woodwork and a extremely large deck. Bathroom is completely upgraded and the unit even has laundry. The space feels larger then the pictures depict. The apartment was also decorated very nicely for the Holidays. Would love to re-visit in warmer weather.

This is our second time staying at one of Carols properties, and again we were completely satisfied. This was a great spot to ring in the new year, with a really homey feel to the apartment. the oversized deck is an awesome spot to relax with a coffee and watch the town...

this is a wonderful location and place to stay it's clean and comfortable and is going to be my opinion for future trips to Frankenmuth
