Great location! Home is older but very well kept. Lots of room for a get together. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. I would rent again.

Great house and location. Parking wasn’t the most ideal if you have more than 2 cars but able to park close enough in a city lot. Other than that, really enjoyed the space!

Cute older home in a quiet residential area. Property is well maintained. Well decorated. Not cluttered . Felt clean. Plenty of linens. Beds were comfy. Three of the Five bedrooms were a great size with nice closet space and shelves. The set up was great for conversation , nice reclining sofas. Adorable porch. Kitchen was functional. Compared to local area hotels down right luxurious especially at the price point. Honestly if it had better HVAC/insulation I would say this is a great value and deserving of 5 stars Cons~ It is an older home. We had had some rooms that were very warm and others that were drafty. One room that has two twin beds with less than 8" between the beds. The other had the ladder up against the wall . Very difficult to get in the top bunk. I would say this does not sleep twelve individual adults. But would work for three couples, three singles and a child or very athletic lighter weight person It is a bit of a hike to downtown and parking is VERY limited.
