This is a great spot… sunny is great… it is a place to crash while climbing, that is what it is so have the proper expectations… but in that regard, it is everything you need in a home base, great kitchen, great shower, good rooms … one minor thing is the beds creak when you move, but if you are crushed the rrg you will probably be too tired for that to bother you ;)
