This house is absolutely amazing! Has lots of entertainment but we especially loved the swimming pool very decent size even for a 6yr old. Of course the adults also enjoyed the sauna and hot tub which was great especially after a day out. Location is really good. There's a nearby Coop and city centre only 10-13mins drive away. There's also farms nearby like Rand farm where the kids loved the animals and playground and only 50mins away from the beach too. As for the host Amanda, she and her family has been top notch second to none from enquiring about the house to after check out she has been quick to respond and very very helpful when we needed their help on a personal matter. Really cannot fault them on anything and I will certainly look forward to booking the place again in the future! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Amanda and her family once again! For all those that like indoor swimming pool (perfect for rainy days), saunas, hot tubs and snooker and many more then this place is a must for any family gathering!

I couldn’t recommend this place more. Amanda is a wonderful host and this home is absolutely beautiful. The pool, the hot tub, the games room are reason enough to stay here. Thank you Amanda!

Amanda was a very friendly and accommodating host who was happy to help with any extra requests and give helpful local knowledge. The house was spotless and exactly as described with an amazing pool, sauna, hot tub and games room. Robes towels and slippers were thoughtfully provided and a bar of chocolate and hot drinks set available in our room every night. The house is located in a nice secluded spot around 20 minutes drive from the center of Lincoln or a quick bus journey down. We would highly recommend Brook House for a nice relaxing get away.

Brooke house is a wonderful find if you’re looking for a relaxing get away. Quality rooms, lovely indoor pool/sauna and outdoor hot tub as well as a tasty breakfast. Amanda is a lovely host and was very accommodating during our short stay. I never personally write reviews but felt Brooke House deserved one and would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Lincoln to check it out.
