Our group of 16 (10 adults, 6 children) enjoyed our time at Mareva's. The main house is very stylish and was a great place for the group of us to socialise together. The families with the children stayed in the smaller house, which was also clean and comfortable. Mareva was a friendly and helpful host, and left us a list of places to visit in the surrounding area. A few places were closed due to the Xmas period , but we still had great experiences. Great location for exploring by car. The nearest train station is an 8 minute drive away, where you can get a train into Bordeaux, or drive there in 30 minutes. We also drove to beautiful nearby towns such as Bourg sur Girond (10 minutes) and St Emilion (40 minutes). Thank you Mareva :)

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end dans la magnifique maison de Mareva. Tout est fidèle à la description et Mareva est très amicale, à l’écoute et arrangeante. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Maison Mercy was the perfect house for a family gathering of 14 people. The outside kitchen, dining area and pool proved to be ideal as we relaxed, ate and talked the days away. Inside the property also has great space for living, sleeping and eating. Mareva met us at the property and showed us around her fabulous home which we thoroughly enjoyed for the next 10 days. She was easy to contact and responded promptly to our few questions. Highly recommended we would be happy to return.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Maison Mercy! Mareva was very attentive with correspondence and it really felt like being in someone's much loved and well styled family home. Complete with a funky record collection! It worked well with the two areas (houses) for accommodation with everyone coming together to use the main house for cooking and then eating together either there or in the outdoor area. The outside eating area was perfect for us all to congregate. In the village is a patisserie (although on holiday the week we were there) plus tennis court and playpark for kids. Would recommend St Emilion and Bordeaux for days out. The only hiccup we had was an accidental double booking on one day which affected the people prior to our stay (may explain any bad reviews from them!). Thanks Mareva!
