Nice location to. The edge of town, walkable to the lift and to town (about 10 mins). Great Onsen nearby and quiet because it’s just a few mins farther away from the center of town. Would definitely stay again. We made a mistake catching the bus back to Iiyama station and the staff was kind enough to give us a lift. SO HELPFUL! (Forgot to ask for his name).

when staying at altitude you can expect the greatest customer service, local tips, and a fantastic breakfast and location. the staff showed us around town, picked us up at a moment's notice, and even introduced us to a few of the locals which made it all the more welcoming of a stay

Staffs are really friendly! Great access to the Nozawa Ski resort. Very nice drying room.

This hotel was super close to the mountain. The hotel staff were amazing and I will definitely stay there again.
