Staff was great. Always a face to be seen. Helpful and easy to get ahold of when needing something. Key card stopped working Saturday afternoon and was told to come to the desk any time I needed to enter my room. Most inconvenient and probably unsafe considering no one knew why the card reader stopped working.

Conveniently located near Indiana Dunes NP. The place has a charming old world vibe. Hosts were present and attentive to guests.
