A self contained one bedroom annexe, including own lounge. Close to Harry Potter studios at Leavesden (2.7 miles by car), or a short walk to Kings Langley train station providing direct trains to London Euston (28mins) and Central London. Access is via your own front door, into the hallway, leading to a compact kitchen with all the facilities required to prepare a meal. The double bedroom has an ensuite with walk in shower, sink and toilet. A spacious lounge boasts a huge TV, with access to Sky channels, and numerous tv apps, via the excellent wifi.

Lovely stay here. As Harry Potter fans we loved all of those touches. It felt like coming home after quite a challenging day. Thank you for letting us check in early - this was super helpful with a small baby who was sick of being in the car. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very comfortable overnight stay before a visit to Harry Potter studios, everything we could want and very responsive and conscientious hosts. The comfiest mattress we have ever slept on (I wish we knew where it was from!) helped us have the best nights sleep in a long time. Great location, easy to find, lovely local pubs and well equipped little annexe.

It was a very nice stay after visiting Warner Bros Studios (around 10 min drive from Airbnb). The place was lovely and clean!
