Beautiful place! Seemed pricey for age/condition of the house and amenities. Overall there is plenty of space for a group, nice scenery on the river, and a quiet getaway. I recommend you check out Old Yellow!

When we got to the property, the air conditioning was not working. The property manager showed up with 20 mins and had it fixed within an hour or so. He also helped me get my trolling motor back up and running. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Location was good, not far from town. We utilized the boat house, only downfall to the place is being able to smell the sewage sprinkler system on a downwind day from the neighbors. Nice neighborhood. 10 beds/2 pullout sofas. No trash bags were found for inside, not enough towels as we brought our own, all together 9/10

This is a great place to stay at for a family trip. It was relaxing, felt like home, clean and had the amenities we needed. The water-front view is awesome on the swing enjoying a hot cup of coffee. My family and I enjoyed the fishing as well. A place we will definitely enjoy staying at again.
