Pamela’s place is always one of my favorite places to come stay. I originally found this spot while working in the area, and have been back since because I love it so much. Fabulous hosts who will help you with anything you could possibly need.

One of the best AirBnB experiences that I have had. Pame and Ron are extremely helpful and generous hosts. Our stay was perfectly comfortable and there is not one thing to complain about. Pame is very responsive and proactive and clear in her communication. They know the area well and can provide excellent suggestions on what to do around there. We stayed there when we visited Lassen Volcanic national Park. Their AirBnB is perfect for visiting the national park. We would definitely go back there and only there.

We enjoyed our stay at Pamela’s cottage, but I probably would stay somewhere closer to Lassen on our next visit. Pamela is a excellent host and was easily reachable when needed. The cottage itself is in a private, fenced off area towards the back of the property. It was neat and clean and contained all of the basic amenities you would need for a short stay. The only negative, which isn’t the owners’ fault, is the location. Entrance to Lassen National Park by way of Mineral or Old Station is about an hour long drive, one-way. It isn’t as short of a drive as some of the other reviews have led us to believe. The town itself is quite small so there only a handful of restaurants and a small marketplace. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, bring noise cancelling headphones or ear plugs. A train passed through the town in the middle of the night between 11PM-12AM and again early morning between 4-5AM both nights of our stay.

This place is awesome!! If your in the area I would definitely book this place. It looks just like it does in the pictures. I’m working out town away from home and this place was definitely one of the best air bnb’s I’ve stayed in it really felt like home.
