First of all, you can barely beat the view from up there over the bay and Telendos. Great sunsets to watch over a bottle of wine. The place itself is functional, we didn't cook, partially because the stove and kitchen power outlets didn't work upstairs. The fuse is way to sensitive on that grid or there is something wrong with the outlet wiring. The bathroom is kind of a challenge to take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom due to the absence of shower curtains or other enclosement. The host was great and very responsive to our needs and even hooked us up with a car rental service. Overall I had a great time and would not mind to return to the place another time.

A well-kept apartment close to the town centre and a 5 minute walk along the road from the trois Ilots path. Once you realise you can cut through the steps by the church, it is only a short, steep walk to everything you need in town. The rooms were clean, well presented and comfortable. The bathroom is small for the open shower, so be prepared to get wet feet if someone showers in the morning, however, this seems to be common theme in Greece. Despite that the shower is hot and powerful, perfect after a day's climbing. The only downsides were cleaning every other day, not daily (wet bathroom floor becomes mucky), no breakfast was provided and there wasn't a cafetiere or similar as listed. These are trivial suggestions though as we purchased fruit and pastries in town each day and Sevastos quickly organised a cleaner when we requested a clean. Finding the apartment can be tricky, the easiest direction for a taxi driver is the Aphrodite's apartments, then walk back up the hill towards the houses under construction and you will see the apartment above you. Michalos also works in the aforementioned apartments and is there to meet you on arrival. Sevastos instantly replied to messages and was very helpful. He allowed us to check in early when we arrived by the ferry and there is local help on hand if you need it. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to storms, so missed out on our full reservation - just remember you are staying on an island that depends on small ferry boats that don't sail in the wind. A top tip is to book your ferry ticket in town the day before you intend to travel to avoid getting caught on the island and missing a flight. I'd happily stay here again, it was worth the extra money for the comfort and space for two couples. I highly rate Sevastos as host and hope to book again in the future.

A stunning new build apartment with amazing views and facilities. It's a small walk from town, (only 10 mins or so) but that does mean it's ideally located for climbing on Gerakios and Trois Ilots sectors which you can walk to from the house. A big plus is that it has it's own parking which can be a nightmare to find if you stay down in Massouri itself. The beds are comfy, AC is new and works well and there is very little road noise so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. You won't be disappointed if you book this place!

Petroula's place offer everything to spend a beautiful stay in Massouri. Close to some famous climbing crags, less than 10min minutues walk from shops and restaurants, gorgeous view. In addition Petrula hand her family are really welcoming and generous people. Warmly recommended.

A great little spot right next to Grande Grotta and other climbing areas. Petroula was a super friendly and helpful host! I would definitely recommend this place to any keen climbers.
