Best Vacation ever! Our 2 families loved staying at this house. The pool was the perfect size for our total of 4 kids. All the rooms we’re comfortable and well stocked. Ideal location. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants.

This property was the perfect place for us to stay while in Kauai. The house is beautiful and has many different places inside and outside to relax in the sun or in the AC. The kitchen had everything we needed through the week to cook as we wanted, it also was full of bags, tupperwear, and other extras that you don't usually find in Air B&B accommodations. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. The yard area and pool look much bigger in the pictures than they actually are in person, but it is still a nice space. The pool is not heated and there is not an option to have it heated. The check in and out process is easy and the management team is very attentive and quick to communicate back when you have questions.

We stayed in this house in June. BEWARE: there is a sewage treatment plant located just to the east of the house one lot away. The plant runs a noisy generator or motor of some sort from 7 am to 6 pm everyday. This noise along with intermittent strong odors (depending on the wind) make it unpleasant to be in the backyard by the pool or on the large back lanai. Also, there is a smaller house on the same lot in front of the house which isn’t shown in the pictures. The house itself is wonderful: new, nicely decorated, lots of luxury touches, great beds, and a beautiful kitchen. It is large and easily held our family of 7. Beautiful neighborhood, with easy walk to restaurants and shops. 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Poipu beach. Marriot across the street has a nice little coffee shop for excellent guava cakes and expressions drinks in the morning. Parrish management was very responsive when we couldn’t find the house beach chairs

Beautiful house in a great location! Walking distance to shops and little fish coffee chop for breakfast and coffee. Spectacular views from upstairs! Everything we needed to cook was available. Thank you!!
