Lovely, central apartment. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Matias was very helpful and even brought a new coffee machine within a few hours because there was a problem with the other one. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 1 week in Matias wonderful apartment. During the stay we made good use of the spacious balcony overlooking the city, and the fully functioning kitchen. The apartment is centrally located but on a quiet street. Within a 5 minute walk one reaches the Bastione, many romantic plazas, cafes and restaurants. Matias was responsive and helpful. The checkin and checkout processes were very convenient. Over all we had a wonderful stay and would return again.

Fin och modern lägenhet med härlig terrass. Bra , trevligt och lugnt läge. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter i parkeringshus på via Regina Elena, 9 euro per dygn. Jättetrevligt ”torg” i närheten med flera uteserveringar. Bra service och hjälp från värden!

A wonderful stay in this apartment in the centre of Cagliari. The roof deck offers amazing views and is a nice place to relax at any time during the day. The apartment was spotless and spacious and is located close to many great restaurants, cafes and bars along with the main attractions. A perfect home for our week in the city.
