We live in a flat that is only 5 minutes' walk to nearby shopping mall and Pasir Ris Mrt station. Room is equipped with 1 queen bed from Ikea, fan/wardrobe/floor lamp/ ac. It is ready for move in anytime. Common areas cleaning are taken care of by home owner. Light Cooking is allowed at home (we are very near to 24 hour food center & supermarket). Common spaces like living room, bathroom, kitchen are all shared.

I really recommend staying here! The host is super nice and has a really cute kid who is absolutely adorable! The place is very clean and felt like a real home to me. The bedroom is a bit small but there’s enough space to store your luggage! It gets a bit hot because it’s Singapore and there’s no airco in the room, but there’s a fan! Location is awesome too, 5 minute walk from MRT and shopping mall with everything you need, even grocery store and laundry places super close by. I enjoyed my stay here lots!
Une hôte très sympatique ainsi que toutes les personnes dans l'appartement. La petite chambre était convenable pour un court séjour, pas de fenêtre mais un ventilateur qui a fait l'affaire durant ces 3 nuits. Rapport qualité prix OK

We live within 5 minutes walk to Pasir Ris train station and 3 minutes to the bus stop.
There is a shopping mall next to the train station, where library /cafe/ supermarket and food center is available.
Swimming pool/gym/beach are within 20 minutes walking distance. Otherwise, the outdoor gym at 2nd floor of our flat is free to use.
We are very near to Ikea where there is a weekend free shuttle bus. The MRT station is within 5 mins walk.
