We found the property very easily and everything was just as described. The house was very clean and tidy and in great condition. The appliances look brand new and are good quality. We were very pleased with our accommodation and it was a good location from which to explore the surrounding countryside. It is in a built up area but still quiet and peaceful.

Great property in a very convenient location for access to all that North Devin has to offer. Easy walk through the park and along the river in to Barnstaple. Property was spacious, clean and well appointed. Garden was lovely and would have been even better in Summer!! William was a great host and quickly responded to all our questions. We would happily stay here again when we visit North Devon again.
