自我介绍

I am an Ecuadorian art restaurator and contemporary artist. I have been working for many years restoring churches in Quito historic center. When an arquitect friend showed us the project, we fell in love with the place. The atmosphere is magic and we can see many of the churches I restored, from our room or when we are having breakfast. I have also contributed to the interior design of the flat. I specially ordered the floor tiles from an old artisan in Ambato. He also made for us two stone lions that we placed in the house to protect it. This is why it is called: Casa de los leones. I designed the kitchen. I decorated the appartment with some of my works and some antique paintings. I have also have a small art room and atelier in the 1st floor where the works of art are on sale. The flat is minimalistic in design and furniture. We just put there a few nice things. As we use it only when go on holidays, we have the basics for my family to feel confortable. We like to be surrounded by beautiful things but not overloaded by objects. We have personally chosen all what is in the appartment for the family to enjoy. I hope you will like it as well. My family and I we return as often as we can to our magic place in Quito. We love art, culture, arquitecture and good food.
